For Government marine asset acquisitions AST Oceanics Philippines offer the full suite of “Above the Line” project services. These include providing assistance in:  determining your capability needs;  developing concepts of operation; determining functional performance specifications; sourcing indicative designs; providing advice to Technical Working Groups; tender preparation;  and proponent assessment and selection.  AST Oceanics can also oversee the progress of your project as your representative from start to finish, including the warranty period. Once a vessel or marine asset is delivered, AST Oceanics Philippines is able to sustain it through provision of either turn-key or collaborative In Service Support (ISS) solutions,  provided by our affiliate AST Oceanics Australia and Filipino associate companies.
